Stephanie Kupperman, CEO
Stephanie is a global licensing expert with extensive experience in managing the full life cycle of branded consumer products – from initial ideation, to deal negotiation, product development, legal due diligence, and royalty accounting.
At Creative Licensing Corporation (CLC), Stephanie oversaw the implementation of some of the company's most successful brand partnerships with renowned films such as, The Terminator, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Rambo: First Blood, Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, and Halloween. Stephanie’s deep category knowledge and creativity facilitated the reimagination of CLC’s classic films into new consumer touch points, resulting in millions of dollars in sales at retail.
In 2016, Stephanie was named Licensing International’s 2016 Rising Star, and in 2019 she was named one of License Global’s 40 under 40. Stephanie began her career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she assisted in the business development group by connecting brands with CAA's larger footprint. Following CAA, Stephanie was the Manager of Digital Development at the production company Electus, where she oversaw the implementation of the company’s digital and scripted development slate.
Currently, Stephanie serves on the Communications Committee at Congregation B’nai B’rith, overseeing The Temple’s social media brand strategy. She graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis with a political science degree and currently lives in Santa Barbara with her husband Eli and daughter Audrey.
